If you have issues with the bag/merchandise, please send your Order ID and pictures of the issue area together to vagarant.com@gmail.com for further assistance or you can directly send items to the address above with printed Order ID receipt.

Warranty:

Our store and commercial channel offer 3 months limited warranty, include stitch undone only.  Zipper broken or loose due to improper using are not included; button lost are not included.

We do repair customer's any issue even if beyond warranty window; there is no limitation of years to repair customer items.

1.  Local customer can bring items to store for repair at anytime with a small amount of fee charge.

2. Non-local customers can send item directly to the address above with prepaid return label or $12 cash included inside of the box. Repair time/material included are free. *

3. If customer want a prepaid return/back label, please pay $ 25 directly to 100yr.leather@gmail.com by Paypal or Zeller Bank Pay to 407-588-7165.

    or order any item from website 35 dollar or above value, we will send ordered item together along with repaired items plus repaid back/forth return label.  Repair time/material included are free. *

4. With the pictures of issue area and Order ID, we can tell if this is small issue area and can be DIY. Customer can either order hardware or send back for repair.

5. If we can not fix the items, we will offer other solutions to satisfy customer need.

Repair Time:

2 days to 2 weeks depending on the schedule, available materials.

Limitation Claim:

There is no way of the guarantee of repair will be the same as the original.

Louis Vuitton --  So far, we have not found any official warranty information link from Louis Vuitton; so we called an LV store and we were told: ... as long as I own the bag and it has a faulty issue I can take it in to either get repaired or replaced. Depending on what exactly is wrong with the bag would determine if it is my fault or not (whether the service is free or not)... most LV stores have a service center and they can take care of it on site... also, you can bring in your bag whenever you want to get a "refurbishing" done to it so it can look like new (you have to pay for the refurbishing). So we guess, LV operates under the "consumer guarantees act". And we have been reading some posts and almost every one that has an LV bag has had problems and LV doesn't always "fix" the problem. It seems to go by country, some countries have a 1 year manufacturers guarantee and others don't have any. Here are 2 post that we found about the LV warranty. "
LV warranty isn't different in each country but each country has a 'consumer guarantees act' which varies from country to country. For example in New Zealand if you purchase a product it is supposed to last for a year without any problems. If in that year it becomes faulty then it is your right to have it either fixed or replaced at no charge to you. This is the law. Louis Vuitton would be no exception. Good luck :) "
FYI Louis Vuitton has no warranty policy for any products except for: Watches: 5 Year warranty; Pens: 2 year Warranty for Doc and Jet. Apart from those two product categories - no other product has any form of warranty
