Warranty and Repair Policy

ebay003Vagarant Leather products are made to ensure service and customer satisfaction. We offer a one-year warranty on our leather bags and small leather items. For any manufacturing defects within this time frame, repair is on us. We invite you to bring your item to our retail store at the Oviedo Mall in the Orlando Florida area or ship your item to Vagarant Bags via traceable means, such as UPS insured or insured mail. Please include a note with your order ID, address, daytime phone, email address and description of problems, which you can print out and send in along with your item for repair.

Should your item fall outside the one-year warranty period, we offer selected repair services for a charge. There is a $20 evaluation and processing fee for each item submitted for repair. And there is also $10 shipping service fee. A $5 insurance is optional.

Our repair process takes between four and eight weeks from the time we receive your item.

* By default, we use “Ship To” address on the ORDER PAGE only; if need to ship to PayPal address different from Order Page, please notify us by email or memo notes on the order.

* It is buyer’s responsibility to monitor and receive the package. If need secured delivery, it is your choice to buy signature and/or insurance for the package.

* Tracking number will be generated from Monday to Friday. Please check your email (spam box as well)  at night time. Tracking number for Friday, Saturday and Sunday order will be available on Monday night.

* We only use Post Office and FedEx as our shipping carrier.
