You may return unused items within 30 days of delivery for a full item price refund (shipping fee is not refundable). Items should be returned in their original packaging. We’ll also pay the return shipping cost if the return is a result of our mistake.

*** Check the product and pictures carefully. Ask any question you have, especially about the weight and size. If you are not satisfied with the product, please return it as soon as possible. Please also do not use it as the color and finish will change each time you use it.
If you wish to return the product, the following conditions may apply:
** The bag needs to be in its original condition.
** The returning package needs to contain purchase order information.
** Handling and restocking fee may not be charged but postage & materials paid will be deducted from original total. Priority or overnight service will be adjusted accordingly based on the postage cost.
