International Shipping
I received questions regarding on the international shipping all the time, e.g. i like your bags but I live in Japan. Do you do the deliver globally? If yes, how long would it take to ship it to Japan also the cost and if you have any experience with the customs over here?
Answers:
1. Regarding international postage: you will get the international postage quote when you add items to cart but before check out. General rules, the more items, the less postage on each item; if more than a certain amount order, you will be qualify half postage credit, e.g. more than $300 order or free shipping, e.g. $500 or more.

3. How long to arrive depending on the shipping carrier you chose and how much you paid for.*
4. Custom tax: We normally use 50 dollars around value unless some specified value from customers; we use gift or commercial sample unless specified request from customers.
Shipping Carriers:
1. USPS, www.usps.com, where you can find transition time and postage cost. 1) go to https://www.usps.com, click calculate a price or use link: http://postcalc.usps.com, 2) Select a Destination, normally your country 3)Item's Value, any amount, just default 50 dollars 4)Select a Flat Rate Service -OR- Select a Shape: just select package, 5) Weight: product weight (from description page) plus box weight, then round to integer number. e.g. bags weight 4.3 lb, box default 1 lb, total will be 5.3 lb, then round to 6 lb weight in total.
After click continue, you will see two option: USPS express or priority mail. Normally, Express take 5 business days, 1 week; priority mail take 10 business days, 2 weeks. (see selected photos below)
2. FedEx Express: much faster than post office service, normally 2 - 5 business days but expensive. We sometime will choose this service for buyer according some circumstance.
3. First Int. Class mail, package less than 4 LB can quality this service, transit time 2-6 weeks.
In general, the more items, the less postage on average. International priority mail postage cost start from 40 dollars for the 1st LB weight, then every lb added 3.4 dollars. Which mean, if you buy 1 item, it costs a lot; if you buy 2, the postage cost less on average; if you buy 10, the average postage cost of each item would be very cheap. See chart. *

4. Package Receiving: buyer has to sign for the releasing of package from Post Office or FedEx.
Domestic Shipping--- We use FedEx Ground/Home Delivery (Transition Time Map from Florida), FedEx 2nd day, FedEx Overnight mail; USPS First class mail and Priority mail.
Shipping Days: Monday to Friday business days only (except Federal holiday, Shipping Carrier Company Holiday)
Stand Rules
1. Payment received before 9:00 am eastern time (NY Time) for same day shipping (in most cases). Note: 9am NY time = 6am LA time.
Tacking number will be generated from FedEx/Shiprush system or third party website. Please check your email on or after 8pm EST on business day only. DO NOT ASK tracking/shipping on the payment day or the daytime on Monday after weekend if purchase over the weekend. Default Shipment method is FedEx Ground/Home mail or Post Office mail. If you need overnight, please check out Post Office Express Overnight, we will use the FedEx express overnight to you.
**** NOTE **** If you do not receive valid tracking within 2 days of your order, please contact us right away. We normally proceed the order at the same or next day and provide tracking right away. However, we do not take any responsibility if no contact with us within 24 hours after package was delivered. As shipper carrier will not remember the delivery after a few days.
Transition Time Explanation
Standard Rule: Purchase day is not considered as transition day. Shipping day is not considered transition day either.
Just refer amazon/ebay or other site processing time/policy. Example, If you purchase item on 11am, it will be processed on next business day, then the day after next business day is considered as transition time.
We have policy which handle orders before 9am NY time as the same day processing which mostly save 1 day transition time. It is not 100% guaranteed for the day time shipping depending on the shipping volume at that day or other business arrangement. Examples as follows:

Shipping system is complicated; every shipping carrier has different policy. FedEx express does has chance of delivery on Saturday but is on certain area only plus extra fees 20-30 dollars. For any delivery time/ shipping questions, if you want to verify the delivery date/time, please call FedEx 1.800.463.3339 or Post Office 1-800-275-8777.
In general, even though we are shipping out package as much as we can, the delivery time can be vary depending on many reasons, like shipping carrier delay, weather reason, customer not available, custom delay or inspection, etc.
