Our nature leather has no coated materials to cover defects or quality; instead, some belts might show minor nature scars, scratches originating from the cow. After the tanning process, we also apply a thin layer of wax to the belt. The complete combination of wax and epidermis fibers makes it feel like soap at hand, soft, smooth, and breathable.

>>> Water-based dyeing process.  Dyeing is one of the most important key process and it is very expensive and time-consuming. We spend on dyeing the leather. The engineering process is to soak the leather in the dye container for one week to fully dye the cortical fibers. Second, wash the leather with clean water at least twice to remove the superfluous dye reagent. Third, coated it with environmentally friendly grease. In the end, dry it naturally.
